Summary
This study is for people with advanced, gene-mutated non-small cell lung cancer who have not yet started treatment. Researchers want to see if giving radiation to the main lung tumor before starting daily targeted pills (TKI) can keep the cancer from growing longer. About 34 participants will receive this combination, and the study will track how long the cancer stays under control.
