Summary
This study tested whether adding a short, high-dose radiation treatment to immunotherapy helps control advanced cancer that has spread. Researchers compared immunotherapy alone versus immunotherapy plus targeted radiation in 106 patients. The goal was to see if the combination leads to better tumor shrinkage and longer survival.
