Summary

This study compares two different treatment goals for managing rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It tests whether aiming for a state of remission is better than aiming for low disease activity when adjusting medications. The trial involves 340 people with RA to see which strategy leads to better long-term control of joint damage and symptoms.
