Scientists link core strength to hand function in arthritis
NCT ID NCT07360496
Summary
This study aimed to understand the connections between core muscle endurance, finger grip strength, fatigue, and hand function in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Researchers compared 75 RA patients to 38 healthy people, measuring grip strength, core endurance, and using questionnaires about hand function and fatigue. The goal was to gather knowledge about how different physical factors relate to each other in RA, not to test a new treatment.
