First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, zimberelimab, and quemliclustat) as a first treatment for people with advanced bile duct cancer that has not spread or come back after prior therapy. About 33 to 39 participants will receive the drugs in cycles, with cisplatin stopped after 4 cycles. The goal is to see if this mix can delay cancer growth and improve survival. Treatment continues until the cancer worsens or side effects become too severe.
