First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called teclistamab, given after standard treatment and a stem cell transplant, can help people with a rare and aggressive blood cancer called plasma cell leukemia live longer. About 74 participants will receive either standard follow-up therapy or teclistamab. The goal is to see if teclistamab can kill any remaining cancer cells and improve survival.
