Summary
This study aims to understand how low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) affects patients' daily lives in Japan. Researchers will survey and interview 50 adults with this blood disorder or unexplained anemia to learn about their symptoms, quality of life, and healthcare experiences. The study does not test any treatments but focuses on gathering patient perspectives to improve future care.
