One-Shot lung radiation: does it spare quality of life?
NCT ID NCT07441941
First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at how a single, strong dose of radiation to lung tumors affects patients' daily lives and symptoms. About 190 adults with early-stage lung cancer or a few lung metastases that cannot be surgically removed will fill out quality-of-life questionnaires before treatment and at several points over a year. The goal is to understand the real-world impact of this shorter radiation approach.
