New drug QLS5316 enters first human tests for advanced cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called QLS5316 in about 300 adults with advanced solid tumors (including colorectal, stomach, head and neck, and lung cancers) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can help control the disease. Participants will receive QLS5316 alone, and the study is not yet recruiting.
