First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called QLS32015 against two standard treatments (pomalidomide with dexamethasone, or selinexor with dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to prior therapy. About 228 adults aged 18 and older will be randomly assigned to receive either QLS32015 alone or one of the standard combinations. The main goal is to see if QLS32015 can delay disease progression or death better than the current options.
