Summary
This study tests a new drug (QLS31905) combined with chemotherapy, with or without another drug (QLQ2107), in 120 people with advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific marker (CLDN18.2). The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors or slows the disease. Participants must not have had prior treatment for advanced disease.
