New pill tested for stubborn high blood pressure

Summary
This study is testing whether a new medication called QLS1410 can help lower blood pressure in adults whose high blood pressure isn't well controlled with their current medications. Researchers will compare QLS1410 tablets against placebo (inactive) tablets in 260 participants over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if QLS1410 safely reduces systolic blood pressure more effectively than the placebo.
