Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called QLS1317 in about 120 adults with advanced solid tumors that have high microsatellite instability (MSI-H) or a DNA repair defect (dMMR) and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants must be 18 or older, in fair health, and have at least one measurable tumor.
