Summary

This study tested a new medicine called QLM2010 to see if it can prevent nausea and vomiting caused by strong chemotherapy. 665 adults with solid tumors who had never had chemo before took part. The goal was to see if QLM2010 works better than current standard treatments at stopping vomiting and the need for rescue medication.
