Could a cheaper keytruda copy work just as well for lung cancer?
NCT ID NCT07162883
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether a biosimilar called QL2107 works the same as the drug Keytruda (pembrolizumab) when given after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. About 122 adults with stage II or IIIA lung cancer who have already had surgery and chemotherapy will receive either QL2107 or Keytruda. The main goal is to compare how the body processes each drug, not to cure the disease, but to control it and prevent return.
