New combo aims to shrink colon tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab, called QL1706) plus chemotherapy (XELOX) given before surgery to people with stage III colon cancer that is MSS/pMMR. The goal is to see if this treatment can completely eliminate the tumor by the time of surgery. About 21 participants will receive four cycles of the drugs, then have surgery, and may get more chemotherapy afterward if needed.
