New drug combo shows promise for rare penile cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, QL1706 and lenvatinib, in people with advanced or metastatic penile cancer that has already been treated. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 47 adults aged 18 to 80 will receive the treatment for up to a year, and some may become eligible for surgery to remove their tumors.
