New drug duo offers hope for advanced penile cancer patients

Summary

This study tests two drugs, QL1706 and lenvatinib, in people with advanced penile cancer that has already been treated. The goal is to shrink tumors and possibly make them removable by surgery. About 47 adults aged 18–80 will receive the drugs for up to a year, with the aim of controlling the disease and improving survival.
