First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a new drug called QL1706, which boosts the immune system to attack cancer cells, combined with two chemotherapy drugs (nab-paclitaxel and cisplatin) as the first treatment for people with advanced or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. About 50 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will receive this combination. The goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear, and to monitor side effects.
