New drug combo shows promise in shrinking advanced cervical cancer before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug QL1706 to standard chemotherapy before a hysterectomy can improve outcomes for people with locally advanced cervical cancer. About 54 participants will receive the combination, then have surgery if the tumor shrinks enough. Researchers will measure how many achieve a complete response and track side effects.
