Summary
This study explored whether qigong, a gentle mind-body practice, could improve health-related quality of life for people with long COVID. Forty adults with lingering symptoms for over 12 weeks participated in the pilot study. Researchers measured changes in physical and mental health before and after the qigong sessions.
