Summary
This study looked at whether doing Qigong relaxation exercises can help lower anxiety and depression in people hospitalized for depression. Seventy adults took part, with some doing Qigong and others not. Researchers measured their anxiety and depression levels using standard questionnaires to see if the exercises made a difference.
