Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called PYC-003 in healthy people and those with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), a genetic condition that causes fluid-filled cysts to grow in the kidneys. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. About 116 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
