First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a vaccine called PVX-410, alone or with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab, in 20 women with metastatic triple negative breast cancer who have a specific genetic marker (HLA-A2+). The goal is to see if the vaccine safely boosts the immune system to fight the cancer. The study focuses on immune response and safety, not yet on curing the disease.
