First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs—pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab—can control relapsed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). About 40 adults who have had prior treatment will receive this time-limited therapy. The main goal is to check safety and see how well the drugs work together.
