First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) can control chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that has come back after prior treatment. About 40 adults with relapsed CLL/SLL will receive this time-limited therapy. The main goal is to check safety and see how well the drugs work together.
