Skin color battle: light therapy vs. new pill for vitiligo
NCT ID NCT07055529
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two treatments works better for people with widespread vitiligo, a condition that causes loss of skin color. Researchers will compare an older light-based therapy (PUVA) with a newer oral medication (Tofacitinib). They will measure how much skin color returns and monitor side effects in 64 participants over six months.
