First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called purinostat mesylate in 50 adults with peripheral or cutaneous T-cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink or eliminate tumors, while also checking its safety and how the body processes it. Researchers will monitor side effects and look for biomarkers that might predict who benefits most.
