Summary
This study tests a new drug called purinostat mesylate in about 74 adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), a type of blood cancer that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose and see how well it shrinks tumors. Participants receive the drug by injection, and researchers track tumor response, side effects, and survival.
