Summary
This study tests a treatment called pulsed radiofrequency for people with long-term hip arthritis pain. The treatment uses ultrasound to guide a needle to nerves around the hip joint and delivers a gentle electrical pulse to reduce pain. Researchers will follow 40 adults for 12 weeks to see if it lowers pain scores and improves daily function.
