Summary

This study looks at whether eating more beans, lentils, and chickpeas can improve gut health in children ages 6 to 13. Over 6 weeks, 60 kids will either get free pulses and nutrition lessons or just the lessons. Researchers will check changes in gut bacteria and digestion markers.
