Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with advanced liver cancer whose first-line treatment stopped working. It combines a special type of radiation (PULSAR) with a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) to try to make the original treatment effective again. About 64 participants will be randomly assigned to either this experimental combo or a standard second-line treatment. The goal is to see if the combo can delay cancer progression and improve survival.
