Dental breakthrough: less drilling, same healing?

Summary
This study tests a less invasive dental treatment called full pulpotomy for deep cavities in back teeth. It compares healing in teeth with and without infection at the root tip. 128 adults will be followed for a year to see if this simpler approach works as well as root canals.
