Summary
This study looks at two dental procedures for treating deep cavities that cause toothache. The goal is to see which method better relieves pain and keeps the tooth healthy. About 106 adults with deep cavities in their back teeth will be randomly assigned to one of two treatments. The results will help dentists choose the best approach to save the tooth and avoid root canals.
