Summary
This study tests an experimental inhaled drug called PUL-042 in 100 people with blood cancers or who have had a stem cell transplant and have a viral lung infection. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo three times over six days. The goal is to see if PUL-042 can reduce the severity of lung complications within 28 days.
