First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding pucotenlimab and lenvatinib to standard chemotherapy (SOX) helps shrink tumors more than chemotherapy alone in people with advanced HER2-negative stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. About 100 adults aged 18-75 who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease will participate. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink significantly.
