Summary
This early-phase study tested an experimental drug called PTX-100 in 25 people with advanced cancers (like multiple myeloma, lymphoma, and certain solid tumors) that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to find the safest dose and understand how the drug works in the body. Participants received the drug through an IV for 5 days every 2 weeks, for up to 4 cycles.
