New therapy offers hope for veterans with Tough-to-Treat PTSD

Summary
This study tests a type of talk therapy called Trauma-Focused Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (TFPP) for veterans with PTSD who haven't gotten better with standard treatments. About 75 veterans will be randomly assigned to receive either TFPP or their usual care. The goal is to see if TFPP can reduce PTSD symptoms and improve daily life.
