First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study follows 50 children with PTEN gene changes to understand their risk of developing tumors. Over 5 years, kids get yearly check-ups including blood tests, ultrasounds, and skin exams to screen for cancer. The goal is to create better monitoring guidelines for these children and compare their risks to adult relatives with the same gene change.
