First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study is for people with a rare type of blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. It tests whether taking two drugs together (oral azacytidine and romidepsin) works better than taking one of several standard single drugs. The goal is to see if the combination can keep the cancer from growing longer. About 50 adults will take part.
