Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called PsyPills that offers quick mental exercises to help young adults (ages 18-29) manage difficult emotions and cut down on risky behaviors like substance use, self-harm, or aggression. About 204 participants with moderate emotion regulation problems will use either PsyPills or a mood-tracking app for 2 weeks, with follow-ups at 1 month. The goal is to see if the app improves emotional control and reduces harmful actions.
