Summary
This study is adapting a counseling program called Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy to better serve Latino adults with advanced cancer. Researchers will work with patients and mental health providers to make the program culturally relevant. The goal is to improve quality of life, reduce emotional distress, and support spiritual well-being for this underserved population.
