First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looked at whether two types of talk therapy—cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and relaxation training—could help people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) who also have anxiety, depression, or trouble thinking. 140 people took part, attending weekly group sessions for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if these therapies improved mood, thinking skills, and quality of life compared to standard care alone.
