Summary
This study interviewed 20 adults with thyroid eye disease and their caregivers to understand how the condition affects mood, relationships, work, and daily life. Participants joined focus groups and one-on-one talks, and filled out questionnaires about depression, anxiety, and coping. The goal was to define the unique psychological challenges faced by those living with TED and their loved ones.
