First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week psychoeducation program, based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, can help people with depression feel more meaning in life and improve their self-care. About 46 adults receiving TMS treatment for depression will be randomly assigned to either the program plus usual care or usual care alone. The goal is to see if adding this talking therapy makes a real difference in how people cope and find purpose.
