Summary
This study follows 80 adults in Canada with moderate-to-severe psoriasis who are starting the drug tildrakizumab as part of their normal care. Researchers will track changes in quality of life and skin clearance over 52 weeks, focusing on people with darker skin types (Fitzpatrick scale III and above). The goal is to see how well the drug works in real-world settings and ensure treatment benefits are understood across diverse populations.
