First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested a new drug (177Lu-DOTA-rosopatamab) that delivers radiation directly to prostate cancer cells. It was for men with advanced prostate cancer that had stopped responding to hormone therapy. The trial aimed to see if adding this drug to standard care could slow cancer growth better than standard care alone. However, the study was terminated early after enrolling only 16 participants.
