Summary

This phase II trial tests a new drug called FPI-2265 for men with a hard-to-treat type of advanced prostate cancer. The drug delivers a tiny dose of radiation directly to cancer cells. The main goal is to see if it can lower PSA levels, a marker of cancer activity, in 115 participants.
