Summary

This study tests whether psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, combined with talk therapy can help cancer survivors who feel depressed or anxious. Twenty adults who have finished cancer treatment and have no brain tumors will receive the drug in a controlled setting. The main goal is to see if the approach is safe and feasible, while also measuring any improvements in mood.
