Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called PRTH-101, given alone or with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors. The drug works by breaking down a barrier that some tumors build to hide from the body's immune system.
